Essay

Three models of moving object images representation are designed in the dissertation. These are: ray-sums model, characteristic points model and spatial-angle signature model. By using the first two, it's possible to compensate dynamic image distortions. The last one is stable (invariant) to dynamic distortions that caused by fast object's moving. All models doing well in complex noises conditions and allow images identification with high probability. The criteria system for calculation of videoinformational identification system parameters and effective methods of identification systems' software design are also proposed in the work.
