Essay

In the thesis has been adduced a new solution of problem in perfection of information securing of control by ecological water-dangerous processes in a real scale. For the first time in the work it has been proposed the system approach to the estimating and prognostication of dynamics of water-dangerous processes on the basis of the united strategy of mutual agreement of monitoring and control by water-dangerous processes. It has been worked out the structure and tool means of the automated information system of monitoring, the system analysis and prognostication of water-dangerous processes, that allows to secure the timely forming and the basing of a decision in dynamics of water-dangerous processes.
