The principle of construction capacitor transducers of geometrical parameters of approach to a terrestrial surface is developed. The experimental research and mathematical modeling of electrostatic fields of capacitor transducers are carrying out, the algorithms and software of numerical modeling are developed. The structure capacitance meters of parameters of approach to a terrestrial surface are developed. The structures of control systems by modes of flight at low altitudes of the plane and helicopter with capacitance meters are offered, their analysis is carried out.
