12 scientific works are represented to sum up results of complex investigations of the IR radiation photodetectors based on semiconductor solid solutions Hg1-xMnxTe, Hg1-x-yCdxZnyTe и Hg1-x-yCdxMnyTe. To reach this aim theoretical and experimental investigations of the main band parameters of quaternary solid solutions HgCdMnTe and HgCdZnTe have been carried out. Also the models of p-n junction diode and Schottky diode based on the Poisson equation solving have been created. These models explain peculiarities of electro-physical and optical characteristics of the given structures.
