Gorbunov K. Regularities of organic materials moderate cooling process with limited endpoint of phase disposal

The process of heat transition with phase transfer of the first type at moderate cooling of organic materials. The solving of a problem of heat-exchange and crio- destruction of organic matter for receiving of heat characteristics of the process, rationalization of its conducting heat production. The analysis method, the method of mathematical modeling, modern methods of experiment data processing. The method of forecasting the process of moderate cooling at crio-destruction of organic matter is proposed. The reliability of the results received is proved by experiments. It is practically used in the Institute of Radiology named after S. P. Grigoriev at the Ministry of Health Protection, and in the teaching process in Kharkiv State Medical University.
