The dissertation is dedicated to advancing and scientific substantiation of technology praemisceo with usage biologically of fissile fodder component - wheaten germs, biochemical, microbiological, thermal and hygroscopic properties of wheaten germs as object of processing and storage. The modes of processing by electromagnetic waves of mm - range and drying of wheaten germs are designed with the purpose of stabilization of quality. On the basis study of properties of wheaten germs the influencing them on -processing behavior praemisceo, manufactured is investigated(studied) on the basis of wheaten germs. Designed also is scientific the know-how praemisceo with usage of wheaten germs is justified Keywords: praemisceo, wheaten germs, purity of the product, acid number, stabilization of quality, electromagnetic irradiation.
