Khlivna G. Measures on treatment and prophylaxis ascariosis at swine with the count of genesial activity of female helminths.

The objects of the investigation are: ascariosis of pigs, the ascarises female ovulation, some medicinal preparation anthel-mintics effectioness. The objective of the investigation the study of she-swine physiological state influense on the female A.suum ovulation in post-natal and lactic periods and the elaboration, with the ac-count of this phenomenon, of scientifically substantiated meas-ures on control and prophylaxis of pigs ascariosis. The methods of investigation are helmintovoscopical, haema-tological, immunological, radioimmunological. Devices are: microscope, electric photo colorimeter, refrigera-tor, thermostat, refractometer, centrifuge. Theoretical results. The role of immunology sistem of animals organism and prolactine and cortisol hormones in rise of “post-parturient” phenomenon, “lactic” rise of the ascarises female ovulation is determined. Practical results. The measures on control of pigs ascariosis and its prophylaxis relatively the given region are elaborated, the information is used during the academic year on the episootol-ogy and parasitology chair of the Crimean State Agrarian Uni-versity. The novelty of the introduction consists of: the system of measures on the control of ascariosis is elaborated; the quantita-tive definition T- and B- lymphocyte method modification in animals blood serum is elaborated.
