The thesis devoted to the issues of research, development and implementation of the methods and algorithms to increase the effectiveness of the mass service systems modeling, including the computer systems and networks, with the use of binary time discrete presentation. The new method of imitation of the requests flow and services time under the binary presentation is proposed. The new algorithms of mass service systems modeling with the use of the logical algebra are developed. The model of binary parameters presentation of the mass service system is developed. The programming - technical system for the complex systems imitation modeling is implemented. That system allows to effectively solving the tasks of the complex systems design.
