Object of research (investigation) are analytical procedures of determination and analysis of productivity labor, discovering reserves of it in agricultural enterprises (or factories) of Ternopil region. Purpose of research is exploitation theoretical, methodological, and methodical approaches, of efficacious working activities and forming recommendations on increasing productivity labor in agriculture. Of has been realized research scientific and practically important guestiong jf increasing productivity in agriculture. Methodology of discovering and using reserves of productivity labor is used on the enterprises with different forms of property , and also in educational process.
