Valujs'ka M. Criminological characteristics of persons committed murders under aggravating circumstances

The dissertation is devoted to problem of criminals, committed murders under aggravating circumstances via the prism of philosophical view on a person and criminological doctrine on criminal's personality. The results of the analysis of peculiarities and qualities of murderers are reflected in general "criminological portrait" of a murderer and in typology of criminals committed murders under aggravating circumstances. The author forms suggestions concerning implementation of social-economic, legal, organizational-administrational, medical and technical measures on prevention of murders.
