Essay

The dissertation has elucidated general consistent patterns of the functtional - biochemical state of the kidneys, including the principal energy-dependent process of the renal tubules - reabsorption of the sodium ions under conditions of a combined action of heavy metals (plumbum, thallium and cadmium chlorides), external (- and incorporated ionizing radiation on experimrntal animals. In order to achieve further approval, it is recommended to use methods of resolving this pathology, employing thiotriazolinum and ureide of the trans-2,4-dihydroxycinnamic acid (substance X2), whose protective influence is realized via a decrease of lipid peroxidation, an increase of the fibrinolytic and collagenase activity that may be regarded as a possible prevention of tubulo - interstitial fibrosis.
