Matsyuk Y. The surgical treatment of the patients with diabetic foot syndrome: the treatment tactics and estimation of operation volume.

By means of electrotermometric methods of investigation the optimal treatment tactics for the patients with different forms and stage of severity of diabetic foot syndrome is developed. This tactics contributes the choose of correct operation volume. The method of estimation of postoperative wound tissue ability to autoplastic skeen transplantation was worked out. The reliability of the method was confirmed by cytologic investigation of the wound. The study of 105 patients, suffered from diabetic foot syndrome was conducted. The used treatment tactics enables to reduse the quantity of "high" amputations and multi-stage operations, to decrease the duration of patient's treatment with comparison to 75 patients of control group.
