The thesis is devoted to the development of the principles for manufacturing technology of microlenses by a method of photopolymeryzation of a sessile drop of liquid epoxyacrylate compositions. The effective method of manufacturing of spherical plano-convex microlenses with given focal length is developed. The criteria of microlenses quality are determined. A laboratory device for production and control of the basic parameters of microlenses is developed. Software for the determination of microlenses form is developed.
