The research of problem of foundation of joint-stock capital and its management in sugar-beet subcomplex of Ukraine. The definition of joint-stock capital and application of various methods of estimation is concretized. The periodisation and estimation of processes of foundation of joint-stock capital in sugar-beet subcomlex of Ukraine is done. The methods of distribution of production among participants of sugar-beet production. The new procedure of formation managerial body of joint-stock company is worked out. Mechanism of formation of regulated sugar market is substantiated. The results are intended for use in agrarian enterprises and the process of study.
