Pregnant women, women in childbirth, new-born, uterine scars. Aim. To increase the efficacy and safety of operative delivery on the base of improvement of Cesarean section according to dilation of the uterine cervix. Methods of investigation clinical, immunological, pathomorphological, bacteriological, instrumental (ultrasound examination, cardiotocography). It has been proved that complication have after Cesarean section have surgical origin. For the first time it has been grounded anatomically transverse Cesarean section in the lower uterine segment. It considerably increases the time of operation, blood loss, suppurative inflammatory complications, duration of stay in hospital. The field of application: obstetrics institution, educational process in the medical universities
