The object is a light medium of Christian temples of the Oriental devotions in Ukraine; the objective is to open the laws and means of theological and architectural essence of the light embodiment in the space organization of Ukrainian church; methods - theoretical analysis and synthesis, lighting technology on the temple models; the novelty - the character of light distribution and intensity in the church space, the role of light in organization of sacral space and in volume and space temple structure were determined; the results - the principles of light church medium organization were determined; the branch - professional training, design projection work.
