Yermolenko D. Legal status of human and citizen in Ukraine as a social state

Dissertation is devoted to theoretical and law aspects of legal status of human and citizen on the ground of creating the social state in Ukraine. The aspect of appearance and evolution of conception of social state in foreign and native law was researched. The definition of social state, it's characteristics and conditions of existence was formulated in this work. The correlation of social state and legal state, socialistic state, civil society, social politic of state was researched in the work. Peculiarities of legal status of human and citizen exactly in social state, the meaning of social and economic rights and liberties, warrants of their security are exposed in the work. The modern position of creating the social state in Ukraine is analyzed in the work. Concrete recommendation about the perfection of this process are proposed.
