The object are prognostic factors of renal allotransplantation's outcome (RAT); the aims to increase of an amount of favourable outcomes of RAT; the methods are clinical, biochemical, immunological, morphological, mathematical model and statistical methods; the new method of prognosis of outcomes of RAT and correction's principles of recipient's somatic status with the help of mathematical model "donor-recipient" are developed; their usage provides not only rise of accuracy of the prognosis on 39.5%, but also Increase an amount of favourable outcomes of a RAT at 19.4%; all this thesis has been developed by department of kidney's transplantation, in process of teaching students; the field is transplantation
