Essay

The thesis is devoted to the analyses of Public Administration in the system of authorities and political parties interaction on central and regional levels in 1991-2001 in Ukraine. The thesis is aimed to provide scientific and theoretical basis for mechanisms and tendensies of Public Administration development within the authorities and political parties interaction in 1991-2001; to define and summarize the ways of implementation of foreign experience in political dialogue; to provide practical consept recommendations on basic authorities and political parties interaction on central and regional levels. The following methods were applied in the thesis: comparative and historical, statistical, situational, institutional,systematic, approach. Сategories and concepts which make bases of the theory of public administration in the system of authorities and political parties interaction are determined. The Ukrainian and foreign experience of organisation of democratic public administration in the system of authorities and political parties' interaction are analysed. The conditions of authorities and political parties' interaction during electoral processes are considered. The necessity of increase of efficiency of administrative structures activity on a regional level is provided. The directions of introduction of public institutes in the system of interaction on a regional level are offered. The thesis outcomes were implemented in the system of public administration on regional level. Area of application: public authorities, local government, public servant training.
