Object - investment activity of the oceanic fishery fleet enterprises. Purpose - working out of the scientific and methodical principles of estimating investment activity state and efficiency in the oceanic fisheries of the Ukraine and complex of ways of its development. Methods - abstract-logical, monographic, economic-statistical, graphic, investment efficiency estimating, balance, economic-mathematical, system analysis, variant calculations. Results - scientific-methodological methodical principles of investment activity regulation system in the oceanic fisheries of the Ukraine. Novelty - economic nature of the Investment is defined more precisely and peculiarities of investment activity in oceanic fishery branch are determined; application of depreciation's methods in the oceanic fisheries are investigated; criterias of investment potential estimating are worked out; strategy of investment activity development in oceanic fishery branch and its organization mechanism are defined.
