The dissertation refers to complexly analyzed the conception of human rights in the political and law ideas of Ukraine (the 19th - the beginning of the 20th century) as a systemic object composed of several integral parts: freedom, equality, justice. The author has developed the main theoretical principles, structure and contents of basic notions of human rights problem on different stages of the development, its changes under the conditions of national freedom, local self-government, state creation that became the priorities at the end of the 18th - the beginning of the 20th century; it has been proved the conception of human rights has deep roots in the national history and is closely connected with existing modern standards in the field of human rights.
