Puga N. Differential approach to the prophylaxis of late gestosis and fetoplacental insufficiency in women with arterial hypertension

The scientific work is devoted to the solution of an actual problem of modern obstetrics - the reduction of the rate of late gestosis and fetoplacental insufficiency in women with initial arterial hypertension (neurocircular asthenia of hypertensive type and hypertension disease). On the basis of the clinical laboratory, echographic and endocrinologic research methods the comparative aspects of the clinical course of the gestational period and the results of delivery in women with arterial hypertension of indicated genesis have been studied; the main peculiarity of the formation and functional state of fetoplacental complex in this women have been shown. The changes of basic and trace elements placenta composition at fetoplacental deficiency induced by the arterial hypertension have been investigated by using the photoactivation analysis technique. This allowed the available data on the fetoplacental insufficiency and late gestosis pathogenesis to be expanded and the necessity of the use of differential approach to their prophylaxis with the selection of the actovegin, aspirin and instenon preparations complex to be grounded scientifically. On the base of the development and implementation of a complex of therapeutic and prophylactic measures the direct results of delivery in women with high risk category of obstetric and perinatal complications has been considerably improved.
