The dissertation is devoted to questions of an etiology, prophylaxis and treatment of anastomositis af ter resection of a stomach concerning. The reasons of inflammatory processes are allocated in the field of the gastroenteroanastomosis after resection of the stomach. The ways of prophylaxis of anastomositis are offered. The classification of anastomositis is developed with taking intoaccount) clinical, roent genologic, endoscopic indexes. The immune status of operated patients with anastomositis was investiga ted. The pattern of complex treatment of anastomo-sitis is offered depending on its form, in which the original drug Thiotriazoline, having anti-ischemic, reparative, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulative effects is included.
