Pochtovyuk A. Formation of the system of training of state office employees personnel: region aspect

The object is personnel of Public Administration as special social group of modern society; the aims is determined as scientific-theoreyical definitions of the government personnel politic in the regions of Ukraine, determination of the components of foreing experience of the training of government office emoloyees that has priority meaning for Ukraine and on this base the elaboration of mechanisms of its adaptation; the new approach is that for the first time in home science has been done complex investigation of social - management experience of the government office employees training in economically developed countries of the world and its adaptation to economic, cjcial, hjlitical conditions of modern Ukraine; the methods are dialectical method of analisys of social proceedings and phenomenons, structurally functional, comperative and systematic analysis and synthesis, statistical, formally logical, analysis and interview; the main include are conceptual principles of the training of the governmentoffice employees in foreign countries were examined and revealed the social requirements in professionally trained employees for the Ukrainian society and structures of government work; all this thesis has been developed by study proces of Kremechuc Politecnical university; the field is public administration
