Konyk S. Development of supreme and central bodies of executive power in the Ukrainian State of 1918

Regularityes and peculiarityes of process of formation the institutions of executive authority maximum(supreme), central and equal to them are the object of research . The purpose of the research which have been carried out on the basis of complex studying of formation the institutions of executive authority maximum(supreme), central and equal to them of executive authority of the Ukrainian State of 1918, is revealing general and special in their formation and development, development on this basis of recommendations and offers concerning are deepening of administrative reform in Ukraine. A method of research: concrete - search, history-structural, rather - legal, systemic-functional and statistical; problem-scientific, prognostichesky and ekstrapoljatsionnyj. Scientific novelty of the received results is: for the first time on theoretical equal a domestic science complex research of process of becoming of the ministries, the institutions of executive authority of the Ukrainian State of 1918 central and equal to them is executed. Positions and conclusions of research can be used during realization of administrative reform in Ukraine. Results of research and conclusions may be used for the further scientific researches under the theory and a history of the government in Ukraine and for preparation of the educational literature for the specified questions, may be used in work of higher educational institutions of different levels of accreditation, establishments afterdiplomnogo education of government officials, and also in work of the state controls which are engaged in educational activity.
