Krivosheeva A. Management of irone-ore raw material losses as factor of economic effisiency of ore processing manufacture

The increase of efficiency by means of economic substantiation of the strategy of an enterprise using stocks of deposit, rationing of ore expenditure duringf the manufacturing of a concentrate and purposefully stimulation the economy of raw material accordingly to long term and current planning and operative production management is offered.The interrelations between parameters of ore stream quality and technological parameters of enrichment process for rating the expenditure and purposeful stimulation of ore raw material economy are established. The basic rules and methods of economic substantiation of the strategy of the enterprise, using stocks of ore raw material are formulated. The expediency estimation technique of projects' investment targeted at the decrease of losses of raw material is made, which takes into account the dynamics of the investments during their development and payback. The pay-by-the-hour bonus system is perfected on the basis of purposeful stimulation of ore raw material economy. It is offered to estimate the contribution of a worker to the decrease of losses of raw material and to the cost price of the processes of its production and processing with the help of the factor of creative participation. Theoretical bases of distribution the premium among the members of a brigade are developed.
