The object are processes of foreign investments of AIC of Ukraine; the aim is working out of recommendations as to the volumes increasing and efficiency raising of foreign investments in AIC; the methods are statistical, economic-mathematical; theoretical and practical results and newness are definition of investments, their classification, optimal forms, methods of estimation of efficiency of foreign investments, of optimization of their distribution, of estimation of investment attractiveness and factors of its level, recommendations of efficiency raising of foreign investments, results of sociological researches; the degree of introduction: methods and recommendations are passed for introduction and are introduced partly; efficiency of introduction is efficiency raising of foreign investments; sphere of usage are AIC, special economic zones
