Shapovalyuk V. Reoperations for necrotizing pancreatitis

The thesis is devoted to the problem of reoperations for necrotiz- ing pancreatitis. The "anxious" syndrome, indicating unfavourable course of postoperative period is formed. The structure of multiply organ failure is explored, its connection with sepsis and SIRS is shown. Main indications to reoperations are summarized, rational date of reinterventions is substantiated. Improvements of operative technics during reoperations are proposed, the new methods of sur- gical treatment of necrotizing pancreatitis and treating of septic wound are developed on which the Ukraine patents have been got. Prognostic system for use in postoperative period is proposed, com- puter programme for its realization is made.
