Dikovska I. Contract of Air Charter in International Private Law.

The dissertation contains complex analysis of theoretical and practical issues connected with regulation air charter contract in International Private Law. The dissertation explores the legal nature of air charter contract. The classification of air charter contracts has been carried out. The conflict rules, which should to be applied to the relations arising from the air charter contract, have been determined. The features of a legal status of the participants of air charter carriage have been examined. The analysis of rights and obligations of the parties of air charter contract has been carried out. The conclusions about features of a civil liability in air charter carriage are proved. Special attention is devoted to the development of specific practical recommendations for the implementation of international legislation concerning air carriage and for the improvement of the Ukrainian legislation concerning regulation of air charter contract.
