Prisyaznuk A. Constitutional Organization in Ukrainian People's Republic at Directoria Times (November 1918 - beginning of 1921)

Thesis is devoted to the research of entire system of constitutional organization in Ukrainian People's Republic (UPR) at Directoria Times. The development of Constitutional organization in Ukraine (November 1918 - beginning of 1921), influence of various subjective and objective factors on the bases of legal analysis of constitutional acts, unrealized projects of Ukraine Constitution archive documents was reasonably studied in the work. It has been determined that Constitutional organization in UPR was natural phenomenon. It had the same tendencies and peculiarities as in the process of state organization. Two stages of Constitutional organization at Directoria times, their peculiarities, changes in constitutional status of two trends in the process of state organization were revealed. Law-comparative analysis of UPR Constitution and constitutional acts projects, published at Directoria times was carried out, their comparison with nowadays Constitution of Ukraine and Constitutions of some democratic countries of the world was fulfilled.
