Panova L. The problems of the legislative regulations on the securities market in Ukraine

Thesis for a candidate's degree is devoted to the research of the legislative nature and also the result of the securities market. It is investigated and proposed the main concept of the securities market, its elements (object and subject) and also the legislation regulation of the securities circulation with the help civil - legislative instruments. All this research is the result of the Ukrainian and other cjuntries legislative system analysis and with the use of the cjmmjn law theory and securities theory. In the thesis for a candidate's degree on the base of the historie analysis is given grounds of the classic securities theory prevalence in the modern civil law. It's outlined in detail the legislative status of participants on the securities market: emitters, investors, persons taking part in the professional activity, and also self-regulating organizations and states. At the theoretical level is exposed the legislative nature of the treaties with the securities including those on the market. Itis given argumentation of the legislative meaning of the treaties which are under consideration as necessary conditions for recognition treaties as market ones.
