Essay

There was made a retrospective analysis of incidence and cause of reproductive dysfunction in infertile patients with various developmental anomalies of the sexual organs. There was defined the significance of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in precise verification of the anomaly kind and determination of the infertility cause. Efficacy of complex treatment of the infertile women with mullerian anomalies was accessed by using endosurgery including anomaly correction and treatment of the concomitant gynecologic pathology, which was largely the main factor of infertility. A high rate of external endometriosis ofI-II degree (55,2%) was observed in the examined women. It was established that in high efficacy of treatment of the patients with mullerian anomalies there is a difference in the consumption rate (53,3% and 67,4%) in groups of women with and without anomalies.
