Object: human multi-nodular goitre Aims: the based factors of pathogenesis of human multi-nodular goitre, the effectivity of differential diagnostics, therapeutic and surgical treatment patients with MNG. Methods: clinical, instrumental (USI, scanning by J-131, Tc-99m, TNAB), laboratory (determination of J in urine), morphological, immune cyto-chemical, ELISA, radiological, mathematical. Scientifical novelty: it was analysed of different pathogenetical factors, created the algoritm of diagnostics and conservative and surgical treatment patients with MNG. Results: scientifical articles, reports, patent, novelty. Improved: surgical departments of endocrinology profile. Branch: surgical endocronology.
