The object of research is the reproduction of agrarian sector manpower. The profound researches are carried out on materials of the formation and use of a manpower of Boryspol, Brovary, Vyshgorod, and Kyiv - Sviatoshin districts of Kyiv Region. The purpose of research is the extending of theoretical contents of a manpower reproduction, study of the conditions and factors of maintenance of agrarian sector manpower optimum reproduction and development of the practical recommendations directed to realization of a complex of measures on creation of the precondition of real increase of village population incomes, ensuring of an optimum level of its employment and effective reproduction parameters. The researches are carried out among the first ones in economic science as on a horizontal in connection with principal factors of a manpower reproduction and on a vertical - from the agricultural enterprise up to suburban district and region. The result of the research are used in real practice of agricultural formation of different patterns of ownership, and also at a state and regional level and in educational process.
