Essay

The matters of bureaucracy analysis from the modern society point of view its transitional period as a part of common culture of society (the product of the culture of separate social group, subculture) were examined in the Thesis. Bureaucracy as a sociocultural phenomenon is examined as an active behaviour of the modern manager level which is characterized by thouse aociocultural acquisitions, transforrmed by the selfpreservation of the acciety rather than commanding requests.
