The designed technology of regeneration of an asphalt concrete permitting is defended by complex modifying effect on asphalt a scrap to receive the qualitative regenerated asphalt concretes for repair and renovation of highways with high operating performances and durability. On the basis of modern performances the theoretical substantiation possible regenerated of properties and frame oldless astringent while in service in road covers is offered to physicochemical me-chanic by effect of the complex modifier on a dispersing medium and disperse phase consisting of high-molecular polymer, plasticizer, and antioxidant. The effective control mode of frame grown old astringent, essentially enriching properties of the regenerated asphalt concrete is developed, by application of the complex modifier pfenazol, rendering on astringent both plasticizing, and the structured operation and determines his such relevant properties as: in the field of negative temperatures, elasticity, extensibility and adhesion. Forthe first time is applied and theoretically operational effectiveness of a regenerating structure integrating in four miscellaneous as required of components, rendering a directional effect on definite properties of a regenerated asphalt concrete isreasonable, providing high manufacturability and complex recovery of his properties. The complex modifier pfenazol has good compatibility with oldless bituminous astringent, that in turn provides high manufacturability of the given technology regenerations. The complex research of physicochemical, rheological, physical-mechanical properties of the astringent and regenerated asphalt concretes before their modification phenazol and analysis of their longevity under operating conditions is conducted. The problem of definition of optimum densities of the complex modifier phenazol, all quality indicators, indispensable for recovery, of a regenerated asphalt concrete is resolved. That in the regenerated asphalt concretes with the component phenazol the formation of frameat seal in road covers happens at t = 90-130 oС, against 120-150 oС without the components, that allows to lower temperature schedules of stacking and seal, to expand duration of period for the device ashalt of covers and to reduce negative effect of distance of transportation by quality of an asphalt concrete. The outcomes of researches are lead up to the practical guidelines on the technology of regeneration of an asphalt concrete and are utilised at mining specifications of the technical specifications For В.2.7.-21593524.001-2000 "The components modifying". The outcomes of researches are inserted in a commercial production on КP "Avtodorservis" and are applied in practice of repair and renovation of road clothes in Kiev, that is confirmed by the certificate and helps of an intrusion. The intrusion of the technology of regeneration of an asphalt concrete on the basis pfenazol allows to save up to 100% of material resources, to improve a state of the environment and to reduce power costs up to 22%. The annual economic benefit of an intrusion has compounded 442680 griven.
