Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of available diagnostic and prognostic criteria and development of new ones for the patients with neurogenic amyotrophia, and to the improvement of methods of therapy of this condition. Basing on the careful inspection of 60 patients with neurogenic amyotrophia of different age and etiology, the clinical picture was defined and the diagnostic criteria were improved with the help of EMG of neurogenic amyotrophia. The character of neural violations at pain sets of symptoms of a shoulder gir-dle (myelinopathyon, axonopathya, blended form) was defined. Depending on the results the differentiated therapy including Azilizin, Dexametazon, metabolic drugs and immuno-modulating drugs was developed. Efficiency of this therapy is proved statistically.
