In this dissertation the psychological and pedagogical literature within the domain of the inquired problem has been analysed the functions of pedagogical training and the distinctive features of the organisation of training in Poland and Ukraine have been defined; the detailed analysis of the existing state of the organisation of pedagogical training of the students of mathematics and natural science faculty in Pedagogical University and the forms of co-operation between academies and schools and of the humanistic aspects of pedagogical training has been carried out, supported by extensive research work.
