On the basis of European and world experience the basic principles of developing the cadastre of realty in Ukraine were formulated. The structure and contents of the real estate cadastre were worked out. Organization, economic, technical, and juridical aspects of creation, functioning and management of real estate cadastre at the state, regional and local levels are theoretically proved.
