The thesis is devoted to development of metacontext data exchange information technology. Ontological graph as means of knowledge model for metacontext interactions system is introduced for the first time. The relative method of a rating of system data quality, which is based on the hierarchical approach to qualities of the data, thus considerably simplifying a numerical rating of parameters, is developed. Methods and algorithms for metacontext data exchange are developed: formation of conceptual ontological structure of a database, contextualization, and genetic search of ontological chains of interaction. The new information technology which is based on metacontext data exchange methods and algorithms are developed. The subsystem of metacontext integration is developed. The field is the Heterogeneous Database Management Systems
