The study cases histories of the preterm labour was done, and basis risks factors were elucidated, by using mathematics algorithm - "Genetic algorithm". The mathematic pattern was done, and risks factors were determined dealing with preterm labour. The risks factors were studied and correlation with hormones were determined, and fetal fibronectin detected into the vagina was revealed. The correlation connection of the preterm labour and level of the hormones of the feto-placental unit with level of the fetal fibronectin in to the vagina was revealed. The complex method of the prognosis preterm labour was worked out. The value of this approach is about 94.12%. The prophylactic of the preterm labour was begun at 24 weeks of the gestation, among women who are at risk, was succesful at 55.82%.
