Essay

The distinctive features of clinical course of pregnancy and labor in women with perinatal losess in anamnesis were studied on the basis of clinicolaboratory and functional methods of investigation. The role vegetative nervous system in the development of obstetric and perinatal complications in women of this group was shown. The basic "female" and "male" risk factors were concerning the reduction of the incidence of perinatal pathology were developed and introduced on the basis of performing the rehabilitation measures at the stage of family planning and treatment-and-prophylactic ones - at women's consultation clinic and obstetric hospital.
