The object of research: the process of manufacturing and selling products of machine-building enterprises; the purpose of the paper: theoretical grounding and developing method recommendations for creating the regulation mechanism of production and selling the enterprise products; methods of research and apparatus: methods of analysis and synthesis, logic generalization method, systematic method, comparative method, monographic method, statistic analysis method, graphic method, correlation analysis method, economic and mathematical simulating method, sales zoning method; theoretical and practical results: a new approach to evaluation of the enterprise expenses for products maintenance; the notion "regulation mechanism of production and products sales" and its functional structure; method recommendations for improving the enterprise distribution system and determining sites of distribution; methods of formation of perspective production program and evaluating the effectiveness of product policy; methodapproach to complex evaluation of the enterprise production sales system taking into account environmental factors and the specific product market conjuncture; practical value of the results obtained is in the fact that they can be used with the purpose of improving the effectiveness of production and products sales regulation process; the subject and degree of implementation: the results of the research are implemented into the work of the open joint-stock company "Kharkiv tractor engines plant" and the open joint-stock company "Kharkiv tractor plant"; the sphere of use: industrial enterprises, teaching process.
