Functional status of thyreoid gland, Middle Molecular peptides (MMP) reserves of blood serum and level of urinal excretion, amino-acid pul and bubble was investigated during flow and treatment of burn disease in condition of ecological iodium-ftor deficiency while traditional treatment and correction. It was established that depression of thyreoid gland function, impoverishment of iodidum and aminoacid reserves of blood serum occurs in burnt patients in shock stage. In further flow of burn disease under conservative treatment on the background of impoverishment of iodine reserves of the organism hormonal function of thyreoid gland is significantly stimulated and exhausts on the 15-17th day. Complex implementation of full value aminoacid compositions stimulates detoxication on the account of endogenic mechanisms of decreasing of MMP level and increase of their urinal excretion. Both implementation of kalium iodidum and natrium floridum corrects thyreoid gland function, iodine-hormonal status and improves clinical status of reconvalescent patients.
