In the dissertation it is investigated the common and local immunities, gastric acid-production, insemination of mucous pyloroduodenal zone Helicobacter pylori at the patients with bleeding duodenal ulcer, who have been long effect of small dozes of radiation, and also, at the patients without radiating influence in the anamnesis. The complex of researches has helped work out the algorithm, which contain recommendations at the choice of a method of surgical treatment and the basic directions of postoperative immunotherapy. The offered algorithm has enabled to lower frequency of postoperative complications from 15,1 % to 7,1 %.
