Essay

The statistical analysis of clinical features of reproductive function formation, levels of somatic and gynecological morbidity, as well as outcomes during previous gestations at 285 women with recurrent pregnancy loss was carried out. The own investigations of pregnancy duration at 64 women with the history of primary miscarriages are executed. Is established, that the primary form of miscarriages is the most adverse concerning premature interruption of consequent pregnancy. In a pathogeny of infringements in the "mother-placenta-foetus" system in this group is inadequate immune response, status of chronic trombophilia and low adaptation ability of functional systems responsible for formation of a feto-placental complex. For reduction of reproductive failures frequency, obstetrical and perinatal complications, integrated use of immunologic and coagulative sings were proposed simultaneously with realization 3-4 courses of correcting therapy. Assignment in "critical terms" of pregnancy low dozes of aspirin, heparin and tanakan enabled to prevent early development of placental insufficiency, as well as on 25% to increase a viviparity and in 5,5 times to bring down neonatal morbidity.
