On the basis of clinicolaboratory and functional methods of investigation the comparative aspects of various contraception methods in women with thyroid pathology were studied. New methods of prevention of unplanned pregnancy in women with thyrotoxicosis and hypothyroidism on the basis of combined use of hormonal and intrauterine contraceptives on the background of immunocorrection were scientifically substantiated, development and introduced. It permitted to reduce the incidence of unplanned pregnancy, to improve the state of somatic and reproductive health in women with thyroid pathology
