The features of posttranslating reaction of hepatocytes nuclei chromatin protein modification, content of cyclical nucleotides in dream deprivation, gamma-irradiation in total dose 1,0 Gr, summarized action of these factors and influence on them of Heptral are investigated. It is established that stress factors results in rather deep and proof violation posttranslating modification of chromatin proteins and content of cyclical nucleotides. It is proved that joint influence of investigated processes, which are not characteristic in case of influence of each separately of taken factor. The heptral injection reduces disintegration of posttranslating modification reaction activity restoring their functional interaction with cyclical nucleotides
