The dissertation is devoted to the issues of clinical picture, treatment and prophylaxis of neurological disorders of lumbar osteochondrosis in the patients with different somatotypes. The algorithm of differential treatment of lumbar osteochondrosis has been developed in the patients with different somatotypes. The practical recommendations for prophylaxis of complications and relapses of lumbar osteochondrosis have been developed taking into account the patients' somatotypes.
