Lagodiyenko V. Formation of optimum structure of the basic production assets of the agrarian enterprises and increases of efficiency of their use (behind materials of the Mykolayiv region)

Research object - basic production assets of the agrarian enterprises of the Mykolayiv region (with the profound study of development of enterprises of Novy Bug region). Research aim - development and substantiation of theoretical and practical bases of formation both reproduction of structure, increase of productivity of objects of research. Method of research - abstract - logic, monographic, index, dynamic, comparisons, correlation-regression, economic-mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: the functional essence of permanent assets of production, and also methodical approaches to account of separate parameters of efficiency of their use is specified; a complex of the recommendations on improvement of maintenance of enterprises by permanent assets and increase of efficiency of their use; the mechanism of stimulation of engaging of the investments in updating a fixed capital of agrarian sector. Novelty inculcate - for the first time with allowance for of regional features is analysed a complex of the factors, which influence formation of rational structure of the basic production assets and increases of efficiency of their use; the offers are made according to productivity of permanent assets; the major factors of formation are determined and the complex of the recommendations on improvement of security of enterprises by means is developed; the features of the mechanism of stimulation of engaging of the investments in updating a fixed capital are justified of APC. Degree of introduction - the results of researches are introduced by regional management of an agriculture and foodstuffs Nikolaev of regional state administration; join-stock company - agrofirm "Zorya Novobujya" and other enterprises of Novy Bug area of the Mykolayiv region. Making sphere - agricultural enterprises with the collective form of managing
